Please do one of the following in preparation for our discussion next Wednesday:
1) Watch the movie “At First Sight.” If we assume that the story of Virgil is
accurately portrayed, what can we learn about human sight from this story?
2) Go to the library and find out about Oliver Sachs. He was the doctor for the real
patient upon which the movie “At First Sight” is based. What were some of the
things that Oliver Sachs deduced about sight based upon this case?
