Transfer of Agency Functions – Section 32 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997
Purpose: This form is to be completed for the purposes of preparing a determination under sec 32 of the FMA Act 1997 for the transfer of
appropriation amounts related to the function(s) being transferred from one agency to another.
