Dear Pre-AP Parents,

Hello parents so many things are going on so I figured a little update might come in handy :0)
There has been a changed to our Parent/Teacher conference date, the new date is Tuesday, October 21st
from 5:00-7:00pm. During this time, we will be reviewing your child’s report card and going over any
questions you may have. If you are unable to attend this time slot, please let me know what day and
time would be more convenient for you. Here are some additional times I will be available:




My conference time is from 8:38 – 9:28 Monday- Friday.
Elective Time: 10:24 – 11:10
After school starting at 3:30; I will wait for you if you need me to 
Tuesday from 5:00- 7:00 on a first come first serve basis (this will be the only day I will not be
available right after school)
 Please email me or send a note with your child on the day you will be attending the conference, even
if it’s on Tuesday evening, thank you.
On another note, I have ordered the next novel for the students. We will be reading “Night” by Elie
Wiesel. The books should be arriving by next week and the cost is $9.00. Please send this amount as
soon as possible.
Also we will begin Monday Free Dress days on October 26th. Students who turn in ALL assignments on
time will be rewarded with free dress.

- October 23rd ~ Picture Retakes
- October 26th – 30th ~ Red Ribbon Week
- October 27th ~ Career Day
-October 28th ~ Early Release at 11:30
- October 30th ~ End of 3 weeks
- October 30th ~ Story Book Parade and Haunted House
