Add citations for photos. Photos must be cited: “All photos taken by researcher.” If they were taken by
someone other than the researcher put their name then write “All photos taken by ____________________.”
Photos can only be of researcher. If photos of other students are included, they must have face covered or have
written media release.
Brand names and labels cannot be included. You must have permission to use brand names or labels on your
board.
Cover the student name and school details on front and back of the board.
Cite your graph. “All graphs created by researcher with excel” or name the program used to create the graph.
Add graph title, label for x-axis and/or label for y-axis.
Graph and/or table is too small – it is recommended that you make items larger.
Make sure that all borders and images are glued firmly to board. NO STAPLES THROUGH BOARD.
No food items are allowed on the board or as a border.
