Food/donations report

Several donations have been received

Once food donations have been confirmed, any extra money will go toward food needed for event

Permission slips/transportation forms/waiver of liability

The appropriate forms will be provided to students and parents
IV.
List of what parents need to enter the base
 As of today, parents need proof of insurance, registration and ID
 Student ID requirements are pending

Adjourn
 Next meeting will be held Tuesday, August 21 at 8am in Mr. Cable’s room.
