I object to the expenditure of the amount of my agency fee which represents my
pro rata share of expenses by the United Federation of Teachers or its affiliates that are
not related to representational activities, such as collective bargaining, contract
administration and grievance adjustment for the 2009-2010 fiscal year. Please refund to
me the full amount required under the Supreme Court’s decision in Communications
Workers of America v. Beck (1487 U.S. 735) and related cases.
