PRE-PROPOSAL COVER SHEET
The University of Texas at San Antonio
Use this cover sheet for Pre-proposals being submitted in response to THECB ARP that limit the number
of applications per institution and require campus internal review and selection.
 Pre-proposals for campus review must include a three- to five-page project description, a two-page
curriculum vita for each investigator, and a one-page budget that summarizes the total project period.
 Submit this cover sheet with two copies of the Pre-proposal application to the Office of Research
Development, MS 4.02.14. For assistance, call 458-4340.
 Review and selection is coordinated by the Office of the Vice President for Research.
