In the Courses Box, click on the link at the top left to "Find a Course"
Type "Student Association Merit Scholarship" in the keyword search box (the course will appear in the search results)
Click on the "Enroll" link
“Student Association Merit Scholarship” will now be on your myCourses homepage
Drop application in drop box--Double check submission for all drop box applications, even if you received a notification of a
successful submission. Go back to the drop box to see if your application appears.

Application Statement:
Instructions: Write a concise and well-written response below addressing listed below:
1. Please list co-curricular activities in which you are currently involved and have been involved with during your time at
Geneseo. Please include dates and leadership positions you held or honors you received. This list can include membership
in honor societies. Submission of a Co-Curricular Transcript (from the GOLD Office) is strongly encouraged.
2. PERSONAL STATEMENT: In a short (1-2 pages) essay, select your most significant leadership/service/diversity experience
at Geneseo and explain why you consider that achievement to a major accomplishment.
3. SHORT ESSAY: In 500 words or less, specify which category you are applying for and describe your definition of a valuable
co-curricular experience. Applicants should demonstrate through experience in co-curricular activities how they have met
this definition and how their activities have had a positive impact on their time here at Geneseo. This essay should be on a
separate page from the personal statement.
