Assignments for May 11
Please review and act on the following assignments for week 16.
 Students will have the opportunity to choose one of two assessments for LP 8,
either, completing an APA paper or an exam. All students will need to read
chapter 33 to complete successfully the assessment.
Choice One. Review, develop and complete APA Global Economics paper. The
paper is due the last week of scheduled class. Below is the revised and simpler
scoring guide for Learning Plan 8 assessment. Please use chapter 33 of the
customized MPTC economics textbook to respond to the conditions. Other

criteria, “Learner indicates the effects of economic globalization on the United
States economy in particular to the job market and specifically to your career.”
Please state the program you are in at MPTC and your thoughts on how economic
globalization will affect you and your career in the next 5-20 years. A web site
that may be useful is O*Net at http://online.onetcenter.org/find/ . The paper will
be due the week of May 11 when your class meets. No retakes will be permitted.
