Justification: A budget modification is being requested to reduce the personnel category by ($2,000.00)
and increase the Consultant category by the same amount. This budget modification is needed because
we were not able to hire a temporary staff person to complete the data analysis task needed to complete
project deliverables. As a result, we will need to engage the Lab Experts Enterprises, Inc. to complete the
testing. We would like to use the funding originally budgeted to the personnel category to pay for the
professional services of Lab Experts Enterprises, Inc.. The requested budget change as well as revised
budget is included in the schedule below:
