Justification: A no-cost project extension is requested to complete the work on this project. The initial
project award date was April 1, 2011. However, the final approval to begin the project was not received
until October, 2011 . The delay in the receipt of funding support caused a delay for the entire project.
For this reason project task number 5 which includes distribution of the completed manual has not yet
been completed. In order distribute the manual and complete the final report, I’m requesting a three
month extension to June 30, 2012.
There is NO change in the project scope. All other terms and conditions will remain unchanged.
