The student must register for the Comprehensive Exam SWRK 701 in the term in which they
commence writing.

The length of the comprehensive exam paper is approximately 15,000 words in total, excluding
bibliography.

Once the four month period of the exam duration has begun, the student may only have contact
with committee members for purposes of clarification regarding the direction and scope of the
particular questions.
