2C Media’s Chris Sloan and Carla Kaufman Sloan have
somehow turned…Miami International Airport into a Travel
Channel documentary series, Airport 24/7: Miami, that’s fast,
funny and fascinating. – Glenn Garvin, The Miami Herald
An eclectic, electric peek into a “mini-city on steroids” with
36,000 employees that hosts 38 million passengers a year,
while handling 800 flights and 115,000 bags a day. From the
difficulties parking and unloading an A380 Airbus — 50 tons
and wider than a soccer field — to the logistics of helping
stage a surprise marriage proposal by a soldier returning from
Afghanistan — Airport 24/7’s stories never lose their snap. –
Glenn Garvin, The Miami Herald
The Travel Channel's series, "Airport 24/7: Miami," is the first
reality show given access to the sort of high and low drama
that plays out at MIA every day as 100,000 personalities
collide. – Chris Murphey, ABC’s Nightline
[“Airport 24/7: Miami”] captures the weird and high stakes life
of an American airport… tune in Tuesday night at 9 p.m. for
the show's two-episode debut. It's Miami, and therefore you
never know what will go down. – Janie Campbell, The Huffington
Post
“Airport 24/7″ shows the aviation and air travel business is
filled with stories that are appealing to all. – Matt Molnar, NYC
Aviation
After viewing the first two episodes, my verdict is in: guilty of
providing entertaining television for both the seasoned and
neophyte traveller, with a thumbs up to MIA and the US air
transport system. – Jeff Kriendler, Airways Magazine
