PHYSICS LAB
EQUIPMENT REQUEST
It is your responsibility to request whatever equipment that you will need for the lab at
least “4 school days” prior to the day that you plan to perform the lab. If you are
working a lab out of one of the lab manuals, make sure that you specify the exact manual
and the lab# so that the lab assistant can properly identify the equipment that you will
need. If you are developing your own lab, list each piece of equipment that you need with
enough detail so that the lab assistant can properly identify each item. You must specify
the date and time in which you plan to perform the lab. Once the lab equipment is setup,
the lab assistant will contact you by either phone or email to tell you in which physics lab
room you are to perform the lab. The lab assistant will also contact you by phone or email
if we don’t have one of the items which you requested and a proper substitute could not
be obtained.
