So suggest not to keep slides 3 and 4. Decisions can be taken by TGm appropriately at each meeting depending on the development status at the time. – Have reflected latest ITU schedule updates from Kyoto 4 TGm Timelines Updates Q2 IEEE 802.16 System Requirements IEEE 802.16m Evaluation Methodology System Description IMT Advanced Proposal 802.16m AmendmentŦ 2007 Q3 Q4 2008 Q2 Q3 Q1 Q2 2009 Q3 Q4 Q1 2010 Q2 Q3 Q4 Jul ’07* Call for Proposals for SDD issued in July ‘07 Sep ’07* Sep ’07 Call for Proposals for 802.16m Text issued in Jan ‘08 Jul 08* Mar ’08 Oct ’08 Initial proposal Mar ’08 Sep ’08 Jan ’08 May ’08 IMT-Advanced WorkShop ITU-R IMT Advanced Circular Letter May ’09* Final Proposal Refinements May ’09 Letter Ballot Working Doc Jan ’08 IMT.RADIO Q1 Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec IMT.TECH IMT.EVAL Q4 Dec ’09 Sponsor Ballot ITU based Updates Oct ’08 May ’09 Proposal Submission Jan ’10 Preliminary Evaluation Proposal Evaluation May ’10 Consensus Building/Revision of Proposals ITU-R WP8F Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec *System Requirements and Evaluation Methodology, System Description, IMT-Advanced Proposal Documents may be further updated based on ITU output (shown by dotted lines).
