Description: Provide a statement of 500 words or less describing the proposed project in language understandable to the non-specialist. What is your title? The idea you are developing? What do you expect to have in hand by the time the Institute begins? NOTE: The MDOCS Summer Institute review committee includes faculty and documentarians from different disciplines. Please be as specific as possible (NOT: “I will finish a film” is not useful, BUT “I will prepare a script, edit 15 hours of footage and conduct 3 hours of interviews.”) Attached? No Yes 5. Faculty and student members must submit one report for each award. Failure to file a final report may result in advances being treated as taxable income and will disqualify participants from future grant opportunities. The Final Report, submitted online, will consist of a written summary and a brief description of expenditures.
