The contribution proposes the cleanup text for Broadcast Assignment A-MAP IE

1. Introduction
This contribution proposes the text changes for the cleanup text related to Broadcast Assignment A-MAP IE in
[1] as follows;
 To remove ‘Description’ for long TTI allocation to be applicable in TDD UL only
 To change ‘Long_TTI_Indicator’ to ‘Long TTI Indicator for consistency
