Abstract
This contribution proposes a minor revision to the proposed 802.20 operating rules
as presented in 802.20 - PD-01 v0.1 and proposes that the rules be approved.

Introduction
The proposed 802.20 Operating Rules have been available for more than a year. It is proposed that these
rules be adopted as the Operating Rules of 802.20, subject to the modification proposed below.

Proposal
Section 3.4 presenting the rules for the availability of TG minutes is currently
inconsistent with Section 2.3.3 which presents the rules for availability of WG minutes.
To align these it is proposed that the TG rules for the availability of meeting minutes be
changed to be consistent with the WG minutes.
3.4 Task Group Secretary
… The minutes of meetings taken by the Secretary (or designee) are to be provided to
the TG Chair in time to be available to the WG Chair for publication two weeks after close
of the session.
It is also moved that with the above change the proposed operating rules be adopted by
802.20.
