Recommendation is always to separate them out
AudCom does not review these or provide a baseline
Arguably the WG P&P are the most important since this is
where all the technical work is done
SASB asked AudCom to make a proposal
Initial draft proposal produced and circulated to sponsors
AudCom adhoc studying the required SASB
Bylaws/OpsMan changes.

Initial proposal is that sponsors will be asked to audit their
own WGs. AudCom will perform random audits.
