Campus Card Office Privacy Policy
The Skidmore College Campus Card Office is committed to protecting the privacy of all
of our customers. Information collected for Campus Card deposits is used solely for the
purposes of identification and the completion of your transaction. All information you
provide to us electronically is kept confidential, and in keeping with the Federal
Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), will not be divulged to external parties
without your consent. We will never sell any information pertaining to your records to a
third party.
Encryption is used for the transfer of data, and we do not store credit card information in
our files. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We urge
you to take all practical and reasonable precautions, as we cannot guarantee or warrant
the security of any information you transmit to or from our web sites.
