MODALITIES FOR INTERACTIVE DIALOGUES
There will be no list of speakers, members of the Council and observer states wishing to take the
floor should signal this by raising their nameplates. Other participants which do not have their
nameplates and wish to participate in the interactive dialogues are requested to inscribe their
names on the list of speakers.
The arrangement for speaking time is the following:




Mandate-holders will have 10 minutes for the presentation of their report and 2
additional minutes to present each addendum.
Countries concerned (specific mission report) will have 5 minutes.
Members of the Council shall have 5 minutes for clustered mandate-holders.
Observer states and other observers will have 3 minutes.
At the end, the mandate-holders will have 5 minutes to make concluding comments or
observations.
The interactive dialogue shall follow the presentation of all three reports by the mandateholders.
