Mullenix in Motion Silent Auction Basket
It’s that time of year again! We will be having our kick-off assembly for our
Mullenix in Motion Technology Fundraiser on Wednesday, April 20th, followed
by our McTakeover at the McDonalds on Sedgwick from 5:00-7:00 pm. In the next
few weeks, the students will start collecting pledges for the laps they will run, and
then the big event is on Friday, April 29th, from 4:30 – 6:30 pm. We will have
snow cones, cotton candy, and face painting for the kids, as well as a silent auction
for the adults. Every year each classroom comes up with a theme to create a basket
of items to be donated to our Mullenix in Motion Silent Auction. This year the
students have decided that they would like to do a Family Fitness Fun Basket. We
need to collect as many store-bought items as possible between now and April 26th
that will fit with our theme. If you are able to help with our basket that would be
wonderful! Please let me know if you have any questions.
Here are just a few ideas:










Pedometer or fitness tracker such as a Fitbit
Running supplies
Weights
Any type of ball (i.e. volleyball, yoga ball, tennis balls, etc.)
Yoga mat
Headbands and/or wristbands
Jump rope
Outdoor games
Water bottles
Sports equipment or jerseys
