Paragraph 23
The first sentence should read
The Convention acknowledges that persons with disabilities can be subject to multiple or
aggravated forms of discrimination on the basis of a variety of factors, including race,
colour, sex, age, language, religion, ethnic, indigenous or social origin or any other status
(in subparagraph (p) of the preamble).

Paragraph 31
The second sentence should read
Legislation must stipulate that both public- and private-sector employers are responsible for
providing reasonable accommodation to individual employees with disabilities.
