Student Organization Leadership Awards Unsung Hero This award will be given to the individual who has demonstrated servant leadership – putting the organization’s needs before their own. This person should be someone who contributes regularly to the goals and projects of the student organization, but does so with humility and respect. This individual does not look for or expect recognition from peers for the work that is done. An organization’s unsung hero should be a dedicated member who does not hold an officer position within the organization, but plays an undeniably valuable role in achieving organizational success.
