People belonging to ethnic groups are socially integrated into Thai society on
various fronts. Long-term migrants are able to obtain the status of a legal migrant and their
offspring Thai nationality, in accordance with the Nationality Act and the Management
Strategy on the Problem of Status and Rights of Persons as mentioned in paragraph 64.
