Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Cambodia

Appointments of special procedures mandate holders to be made
at HRC28 in March 2015
How to start the application process:
The application process consists of two parts: the first part is a web-based survey and
the second part is an application form in Word format. Both parts and all sections of
the application form need to be completed for the application to be processed.
First part: The web-based survey is used to collect information for statistical
purposes such as personal data (i.e. name, gender, nationality), contact details,
mandate/s applying for and nominating entity. The web-based survey should only
be completed once per selection round, i.e. multiple selection is allowed to indicate
if the candidate is applying for more than one mandate within a given selection
round.
Second part: The application form in Word which can be downloaded, completed and
saved in Word format and then submitted as an attachment by email. Information
provided in this form includes a motivation letter of maximum 600 words. The
application form should be completed in English only. It will be used as received to
prepare the public list of candidates who applied for each vacancy and will be made
available to concerned parties, including through the OHCHR public website.
Once completed, the application form in Word should be submitted by email to
hrcspecialprocedures@ohchr.org
If the candidate is applying for more than one mandate, a mandate-specific
application form needs to be completed and sent for each mandate.

A maximum of three reference letters can be attached, in pdf format, to the
application sent by email. No additional document is required.

Application deadline: Monday, 12 January 2015 (12.00 noon GMT)

Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed at a later stage.

parts of theses coutries no body to maintain a vigilance and could bring justice and
cotrol system .

Prepared case files, sent to the court for hearing and I escorted prisoners to the
court and jail, dealt with prisoner affairs.

I was mainly responsible to monitor crimes in human rights, although there was
no direct office for protections of human rights by the government of Pakistan, where
discharged my duties as human right police officer for freedom of expression and
accesses against genders and human being without access of justice and other
necessities.

3-Due to my sole efforts many wanted culprits
were arrested and booked to courts for
punishment where, I became source of revenue to
my government and solved unresolved cases.
4- I achieved many rewards and succeeded into
crimes and administrative investigations like blind
murders, robberies, thefts and other all sorts of
investigations.
5-I always met target to get positive results of
investigation into prosecutions and working active
police officer remained good name earner.
6-I has been posted to protect and safeguard with
close liaison to other law enforcing for security of
dignitaries and my job protected so many vital
installation and my information proved useful.

Pakistan for this issue but as police officer made

deployment at international police task force. 1During Mission remained posted at I.P.T.F station
observed human rights violations.
3- I checked illegal points by local police also
monitored the activities of different organizations
Also made reports and send them up to the
regional Headquarters after this was posted at
Regional Headquarters as operation officer/duty
officer where acted on the Behalf of regional
commander carried out the work in the absence of
high-up.
4 -I myself was responsible for to maintain
communication instructions to 07-IPTF stations
during posted at operations collected information
from stations made reports i.e. DSR’s and flash
points and other key issues and brought forward
to the notice of mission headquarters.
5-I also Attended telephone faxes collected
information throughout the jurisdiction of region
also performed functions of public relations listen
complaints of the human violations And took
action on that and referred to concerned IPTF as
well as local police to do the needful.
6-I also worked under stress and strain while
processions and protests of the ethnic groups
were in full swing and relay to the concern. In
spite of all it made in script and vital reports
concerning different issues relating to the IPTF
Mission.
