1. Ex-officer in People's Armed Forces Jan. 1969- Dec. 1978 .
2. Legal counselor in the Ministry of Justice, Dec. 1978 Till 1-1-2012. Worked
in different fields (Legislation – Legal advice – Contracts – Civil, Criminal
and Sharia and Labour cases – Banks – Taxes – Companies and Customs).

3. Legal counselor for the Ministry of Survey and physical Development 1996 –
1998.
4. Part-time Legal counselor for the Ministry of Environment and Physical
Development since 2003 till 1-1-2012.
5. Seconded to Sudan Embassy in Moscow, May 1983- October 1991.
6. Saudi Arabia 1999-2002: Legal counselor at the Islamic World Council for
Disability, and in the Centre of Artificial Parts and Substitutive Sets and
Rehabilitation Programmers for Disabled.
7. Organized with Islamic council for Disability and Rehabilitation the 4th.
International Conference for Disability in Khartoum hosted by the Ministry of
Social and Cultural Affairs of Khartoum State and university of Aljazeera,
Feb. 2001.
8. Returned back in October 2002 to continue as legal counselor in the
Ministry of Justice till 1-1-2012.
9. I am a member in the council of the Minister of the Ministry of Roads and
Bridges and also a member in the council of the Minister of the Ministry of
Social Affairs since 2010 till now…
10. I have been appointed a Registrar of the Owners of Animal and
Agricultural Production Profession in 3-1-2012 then I rezined in October
2012 .
11. Now I am Advocate and the General Secretary of Abrar Organization
since May 2013.
Third : Experience in Social Field :
Now Iam a hemiplegic due to a military operation during my work in the
Sudanese Army. Since 1975 and up to now Iam working in the field of disabled
as follows :
1. One of the founders of the Sudanese Society for Care and Rehabilitation of
Disabled in March 1975, where I had been the general secretary of the

society since its establishment till 1983 , then its Chariman from 19921994.
2. One of the founders of the disabled Union for Sports in October 1998. I
became General Secretary during 2006-2014 .
3. Member for the first Board of directors of Arab Federation for Care and
Rehabilitation for Disabled, Cairo, April 1994.
4. Member of Board of directors of the Afro-Arab Federation for Disabled
Sports 1996, and Chairman of East Africa Area.
5. One of the founders of Sudanese Society for disabled and their friends in
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in June 2000 and its chairman since
establishment till July 2004.
6. Member of the National council for Care and Rehabilitation of Disabled till
March 2011 and then member in the council the People with disability in
Khartoum State from November 2012 till now .
7. One of the founders of the Sudanese Network of the organizations working
in the field of disability October 2003 and till now I am its chairman of the
executive office.
8. Participated in number of conferences, workshops, meetings and
symposium locally, regionally and internationally in Sudan, Egypt, Tunisia,
Saudi Arabia, Libya, England, Holland, USA and Canada.
9. Wrote a number of researches and articles in the field of disabled rights
and legislations.

I was a member in the Consultative Council of the Ministry of
Environment and Forestry and now Iam a member of the Consultative
Council of the Ministry of Labour
