As of August 2010 there is an unequivocal legal prohibition in Poland of
corporal punishment of children. What measures is the government of Poland
taking to ensure that the current legal protection of children is recognized and
commonly known?

The Family Planning Act of 1993 permits termination of pregnancy in three
rather rare circumstances. Critics claim that the legislation doesn’t provide
women with the right to health and equal access to health as guaranteed in the
Polish Constitution (Article 68). How does the Government of Poland act in
order to guarantee that women are not hindered when wishing to terminate a
pregnancy as stipulated by the law?

equality and inclusion for members of the underprivileged groups including
disabled and LGBT community in your society? What additional steps do you
