The Board of Trustees requires that all Beneficiaries of the Fund and nominating organizations submit a report to evaluate the impact that participation of beneficiaries has had on their organizations and communities. The
Board of Trustees is particularly interested in learning from beneficiaries on the impact that their participation in the session has on their communities and peoples.
Kindly note that failure to submit part 1 and part 2 of the questionnaire mean that your organization will be excluded from funding for a 3 year period.
