What follow measures have been established to promote greater representation by
women in all areas, particularly at work, without discrimination of any kind, as well
as to prevent and eradicate domestic violence and all forms of violence against
women and girls? Which institutional mechanism monitors and assesses their
effectiveness?

Has the Act Regulating the Legal Status of Citizens of Former Yugoslavia Living in
the Republic of Slovenia been enacted? How many citizens of the former Yugoslavia
permanently residing in Slovenia have benefited from the Working Group on
Comprehensive Resolving of the Issue of the Erased and have their permanent
residency status restored?

What have been the results of the Intergovernmental Working Group for Countering
Trafficking in Human Beings and of the biennial action plan to prevent the trafficking
of human beings? Which challenges do they face? Has the government established a
mechanism for border and airport control to prevent trafficking, conducted
information campaigns and provided adequate assistance to victims?
