required $500.00 deposit and enrollment form to the ELSE program. All instructions on how to
register for the ELSE program can be found on the ELSE website (http://global.wfu.edu/iss/else).

If you answered ‘yes’ to #3, please be aware that for each dependent a student is
bringing, an estimate of $7000 per person will be required on the Certificate of
Finances. If you are bringing dependents with you, please attach an additional sheet
with this information on each person: Dependent Family Name, Dependent First
Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Country of Birth, Country of Citizenship, and
Relationship.
