*When figures dropping zero represents that MSAs are doing worse than Chicago; when figures rising
above zero represents that MSAs are doing better than Chicago.

Before Jan 2008, MSA Decatur performed worse than Chicago. However, after Jan 2008,
it started performing better than Chicago.

From the beginning of 2007 to mid-2009, MSA Bloomington, Champaign-UrbanaRantoul, Davenport, Peoria, Rockford, Springfield and Kankakee-Bradley performed
better than Chicago.

However, from Mid-2009 to late-2011, these MSAs performed worse than Chicago.

According to the forecast for Jul 2013, MSA Bloomington, Champaign-Urbana-Rantoul,
Davenport-Rock Island-Moline, Decatur, Rockford and Springfield will do better than
Chicago by Jul 2013. MSA Peoria and Kankakee might perform worse than Chicago.
