*When figures dropping zero represents that MSAs are doing worse than Chicago; when figures rising
above zero represents that MSAs are doing better than Chicago.

Before Jan 2008, MSA Decatur performed worse than Chicago. However, after Jan 2008,
Decatur started performing better than Chicago.

From early 2007 to early 2009, MSA Bloomington, Champaign-Urbana-Rantoul,
Davenport, Peoria, Rockford, Springfield and Kankakee performed better than Chicago.

However, from Mid-2009 to late-2011, these MSAs generally performed worse than
Chicago.

According to the forecast for Apr 2014, MSA Bloomington, Champaign, Davenport,
Peoria, Rockford and Springfield are likely to perform better than Chicago by Apr 2014.
Decatur and Kankakee will compare favorably to Chicago.
