*When figures dropping zero represents that MSAs are doing worse than Chicago; when figures rising
above zero represents that MSAs are doing better than Chicago.

Before the middle of 2007, MSA Decatur performed worse than Chicago. However, after
that Decatur started performing better than Chicago.

From early 2007 to early 2009, All MSAs performed better than Chicago.

However, from Mid-2009 to late-2011, these MSAs generally performed worse than
Chicago while Bloomington-Normal performed better than Chicago.

After December 2012, All MSAs performed worse than Chicago.

According to the forecast for October 2014, MSA Bloomington, Champaign-UrbanaRantoul and Peoria are likely to perform worse than Chicago by October 2014. All the
other MSAs will compare favorably to Chicago.
