
However, from Mid-2009 to late-2011, MSAs generally performed less well than Chicago
except for Bloomington-Normal.

After December 2012, All MSAs performed less well than Chicago.

According to the forecast for August 2015, MSA Bloomington, Champaign-Urbana,
Peoria and Rockford are likely to perform less well over this period than Chicago. All the
other MSAs will compare favorably to Chicago.
