
However, from Mid-2009 to late-2011, MSAs generally performed less well than Chicago
except for Bloomington-Normal.

After December 2012, All MSAs performed less well than Chicago.

According to the forecast for September 2015, MSA Bloomington, Springfield, Peoria,
Kankakee and Rockford are likely to perform less well over this period than Chicago. All
the other MSAs will compare favorably to Chicago.
