Steve… As planned, I traveled last week, to attend and give speeches at the National
Environmental Health Association’s annual conference in Las Vegas and the National
Association of County and City Health Official’s annual conference in Atlanta. They paid for
travel and lodging. I was not offered, nor did I accept anything above reasonable travel expenses
like registration fees, air, lodging, food and ground transport--and no entertainment or honoraria.
