Superintendent Client Survey INTRODUCTION In 1996, the Board of Education adopted a comprehensive superintendent evaluation process. Don Senti participated in the development of the process and fully supported the resulting document. As part of the superintendent evaluation process, “client surveys” are sent to District stakeholders (parents, teachers, staff, community leaders) on a rotating basis. These responses provide the Board and Don with valuable input about his performance as a superintendent. This year, Don’s client survey is being administered via Zoomerang. You can access the survey by clicking on the link at the end of this e-mail. If for some reason you encounter any technical issues while taking the survey, please feel free to contact Lois Geschke at 854-6017 or Chris Tennill at 854-6015. They will be able to help you resolve them. Please take a few moments to read through the questions and complete the brief survey regarding the superintendent’s performance and the School District of Clayton. All survey participants remain anonymous, responses are confidential and results are shared with only the Board of Education and Don. It would be helpful if you could complete this survey by Friday, May 9. Thank you for taking the time to participate in this important process. The Board and Don pledge to use the survey results in a positive way to provide the best leadership possible for the School District of Clayton.
