Lion in the Streets follows the journey of nine year-old Isobel, brutally
murdered 17 years ago, who witnesses a variety of extreme situations and
characters in modern-day Toronto. The play is poetic, disturbing, iconic,
humorous and ultimately redemptive, as Isobel searches for her murderer,
and eventually a state of grace.
