lifestyle. One recommendation is for people to become more energetic It is
possible ride a bike or walk to places instead of driving a car. This will increase a
person’s physical activity. It will also help to save money because the cost of gas
these days is so high. It can also help to diminish the pollution. Eating a wellbalanced meal with fresh vegetables, fruit, grains and protein is also important for
good health. My favorite fruit is the pear since it is scrumptious. By eating
servings of food from the major food categories, it is possible for the body to get
the vitamins and minerals it needs to grow strong and fit. Experts also
recommend that kids and teenagers need to receive education about nutrition
and exercise when they are still young. This way they can make healthier
choices about the food and drinks they purchase in vending machines at school.

Health reasons alone are sufficient grounds for becoming a vegetarian. Research
has shown that we do not require meat in our diets and that it is actually healthier
to avoid meat. Meat is high in saturated fats which are known to lead to clogged
arteries. Cultures that eat less meat than North America have much lower
cholesterol and lower rates of heart disease. For example, Japan used to have a
lower incidence of heart disease, as well as cancer, before meat consumption
increased. There is also reason to believe that humans have naturally evolved to
be herbivores, rather than carnivores. Human teeth resemble the teeth of other
herbivores, and human intestinal tracts are lengthy, unlike the short intestines
found in carnivores. What is natural is usually healthier, and people who become
vegetarians often report a feeling of increased energy and well being.

example, Julio works in the Ritz Carton Hotel and I work in Mandarin Hotel. Julio
doesn’t work in the laundry, and I don’t either. Finally, Julio is like me, in that both
of us are catholic. For instance, Julio goes to mass all Sunday and I do too.
Some times, Julio doesn’t go to mass Friday and neither do I. As you can see,
we are very similar in any sensitive ways, Julio and I.
