ASSIGNMENT 4 - STEP OUTLINE ASSIGNMENT
Write a complete step outline of your final script. Remember to follow the
example given to you in class.
Put the title of your film at top with your name underneath the title. Include
where Act 1, 1st turning point, Act 2A, Act 2 Midpoint, Act 2B, 2nd turning point,
and Act 3 begin. Number each scene and give the scene heading. Give also
approximately how long the scene is in page(s). Bold the act notations, scene
numbers, scene headings, approximation of page count and turning point
designation. In the action, do not bold and write only what is going to happen in
that scene, not the script.
Remember to proof read your assignment before you turn it in to me.
Typos, grammatical mistakes, misspelled words, and not following directions will
count against you.
