Leaders are trained in cooperative skill development and team collaboration.
Leaders are taught professional success skills, public speaking skills, and responsibility.

Students learn that by working together they can be successful and enjoy one another.
Crews build upon the sense of secuirty and enjoyment established before the first day of
school throughout the school year.
Crew interaction within small and large groups creates a supportive and positive
