Parents, I would like to thank you all so much for participating in raising funds for
our Boosterthon Fun Run this year. The second part of the Boosterthon
(collection of funds) is very important. If you haven’t sent in your Boosterthon
donations please send them in as soon as possible. Thank you for your help, time
and efforts.
Focus skills this week:
ELA- We will continue to read informational text and learn about famous women in
history, Amelia Earhart and Bessie Coleman.
Math- We will continue our geometry unit with quadrilaterals and composing and
decomposing shapes.
Science- Outer space and constellations
Social Studies- Women’s History
Sci-works field trip- Wednesday, April 6th- Parents please note that we will be
returning to school by 3:00 and students will need to be picked up at the front of
the school.
Students should continue to study and master their times tables. We will continue
to have weekly quizzes.
Students will be receiving their new AR goals shortly. They will re-star test for
this nine weeks tomorrow. This is our last nine weeks for students to meet their
AR goals.
