Week of March 31st What’s Happening! Here a just a few reminders for the upcoming weeks! Please make sure your child has a change of clothes at school that is weather appropriate, and that fits! A lot of the children have a change of clothes in their book bag from August and we are finding that they have outgrown this set of clothes! If you have a child, or know someone who will be ready for Kindergarten this coming school year, please spread the word to get registered! Our Kindergarten Registration will take place on April 11th. If you’ve been given fast phrases please continue to practice A Peek at Next Week… Theme: Flowers and Plants Phonics: Review Digraphs, Ll, Ff (Identify letters/sounds, write words with blends). Math: Tell the difference in objects using length. Build and break apart a set from 11-20 using tens and ones. Reading: Tell events that happen in a story. Identify the initial, medial and final sounds in a word. Writing: Students will learn how to ask for help to make their writing better. these nightly to help increase fluency.
