Colonial Region Large-Scale Diagram For this mini-project, you will work in a group to research and create a large-scale diagram to show the culture of one region of Colonial America: New England, Mid-Atlantic, Southern. Your diagram should include pictures and labels with information about the categories below. You will have 2 class periods to work on your diagram. We will begin presenting our diagrams on Dec 14 (A Days) and Dec 15 (B Days). Your diagram should include information about each of the following categories: 1. Environment: What is the climate and environment like in this region? What natural resources are in the environment? 2. Community Structure: Did people live in small towns? Did they live in cities? Were they spread apart by large plantations? 3. Religion: What kind of religion did the people in your region practice? Were other religions tolerated? 4. Political Life: What kind of government did the colonies in your region have? How did they make decisions? 5. Specializations: What did your region specialize in producing? 6. Interdependence: How did your region rely on the other two regions? What products did they get from New England, Mid-Atlantic, or Southern? 7.
