What is terrorism?

submission.

view.

extremism, not the
mainstream religious or
ethnic groups.

hostage by Palestinian
Terrorists known as
“Black September”
• Constant issues

Palestinian countries.

• First major terror attack
of the 20th century.
• Muslim extremists
hijacked airplanes and
flew them into the WTC
and Pentagon, with a
fourth plane crashing in
Pennsylvania.
• Worldwide impact
includes the “war on
terror” and subsequent
invasion of Iraq.
