During this there were 45,000 dying every month. Rwandan Patriotic Front was the group to take control of Rwanda FACTS ABOUT DRC GENOCIDE Second Congo War was declared over in 2003 Eastern Congo was extremely unstable now. Because of this, there has been a proxy war between Rwanda and Kinshasa Government (capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo) The Lord’s Resistance Army, run by Joseph Kony, has been killing, raping, forcing children to fight and maiming people.
