What was the New Deal?

The New Deal was President’s plan plan to end the Great Depression

FDR sent Congress many new bills in a famous session called The Hundred Days

The bills passed during the Hundred Days had 3 major goals known as the 3 Rs:
o Relief for the hungry and jobless
o Recovery for agriculture and industry
o Reforms to change the way the economy worked
