They will do this through hands on activities, including: making fraction cards which include a visual representation, ordering fractions with respect to landmarks and making a fraction number line. History REVOLUTIONARY WAR We will begin to examine the causes for the revolutionary war (Taxation without Representation), the Timeline of Events, The Important People involved, The location and finally the effect it had on the colony. Students will choose one method of book reporting that interests them and will then complete their report of choice in class. Friendship was an important theme in our story. Students will participate in Making New Friend’s activities this week. Each student has a classmate that they will try to get to know better. On Monday, your child should bring in something simple and handmade for their friendexamples; a handmade card, a drawing, or handmade bookmark illustrating something the new friend likes or enjoys.
