Welcome to Third Grade!
Dear Students,
I hope that you have enjoyed your summer vacation, I
know that I have! I have spent a lot of time at the beach and
with family and friends. I would like to personally welcome you
to my third grade class! My name is Mrs. James and this is
going to be my seventh year teaching third grade at Seldens
Landing. I love to teach, read, write, laugh and have fun every
day. I live in Ashburn with my husband and my two sons.
Brayden is 4 and Asher is almost 2, they are the cutest and they
keep me on my toes! 
We are going to have a fun and exciting year together! I
can’t wait to meet and get to know each of you! We are
going to learn so much in third grade and have a ton of fun at
the same time. I also can’t wait to see all of your growth and
accomplishments this year. Enjoy the rest of your summer and
please come to school ready to begin our exciting journey
